Mediocre
I had an awful visit in there. The feel here is disappointing. People in this place were mediocre. The air conditioning was malfunctioning when we were visiting there. They keep the bed not clean, I so disliked how the main lobby was lousy, and the check in service was just stupid - I loathed it - I very disfavored this place. They certainly need to know better then this quality., I would not advance this hotel to our colleagues!!

Modest but unhelpful management
recently went to Silvermine Beach Hotel Hong Kong, and had an ordinary time! The room was totally crummy. The bed was cramped, the room service was unfitting, and the lobby was lousy, I resented this place and everything in it. Plus, people in this hotel were common. I don't advise it!!!
