was totally disappointed there! Immediately upon my arrival I felt it's gonna be a crummy stay. The other suites were really noisy. The room-service was inadequate, and the lobby was average, I was absolutely discontent with this joint. Plus, I despised my room. To conclude, I don't recommend Novotel Citygate Hotel Hong Kong.

I really had an awesome time in this hotel! The room service was totally magnificent, I liked it, the bed was totally fancy, and also the lobby was smart - I was pleased with every aspect of this place. Additionally, the suite was extremely mediocre. It is exactly what one loves in a hotel of this standard!!! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who searches for a first rate place in Hong Kong!!
