Learn from my experience, this hotel is disappointing!! I hated the way the lobby was lousy, and the room-service was really unfit: I had contempt for this joint. The suite to my left were very loud, it really was upsetting. And to top that, the water pipes were not working when I was visiting there., this hotel is a crowded hotel!!!

Fine! Didn't want to leave!
If you ask me, this place is fine. We absolutely won't ever forget this vacation. The staff in this place were excellent. I really fancied the room. I was completely happy with this hotel and everyone in it, they keep the toilet shiny clean, and the room-service was terribly exquisite - I treasured it. We're totally coming back first chance.

Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong is sublime!!
I checked into here a week ago after looking at the photos on the advertisement and I totally appreciated it. Immediately upon arrival I felt it's gonna be a smashing hotel. The suite was ultra gigantic. I was satisfied with everything this place has to offer - the bed was huge, the check in desk was obliging, and I liked the lobby - it was fine. The staff there were amazing. I extremely recommend Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong to anyone that wanna go to a sublime hotel in Hong Kong!!

Pretty bad and needs to be remodeled
Take my advice, you're going to be not too thrilled in this place. The moment I parked the car I knew I would be completely stirred with Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong. I detested it here, I terribly disliked how mediocre the downstairs lobby was, the bed was not large, and the room-service was upsetting. People in this hotel were inadequate. The heating was inoperative when I was stopping there. If you're looking for an expensive hotel, go to this place. It's absolutely not a place to return to.

I completely had a fabulous visit!! The people in this hotel were good-hearted. I was content with this place - the room service was totally proficient, and the odor in the bathroom was superb. I utterly was impressed the suite. To sum it all up, I really suggest this hotel!!

I had a superb time in this hotel. Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong surely is hard to forget. The suite was really nice. The lobby was very plush, the workers in the reception were benevolent, and also the room service staff were skillful - I was really pleased with the entire place. It is exactly what one expects in such level of a place. In a nutshell, we will probably stay there again.

Let me save you some time, this hotel is unbelievable. The minute I came in I knew I would appreciate Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong. I liked the way enormous the lobby was, the bed was just astounding, and the room service was useful: I was really pleased with this hotel. I was amazed the room. I even dug the guests there. Next time I am searching for extraordinary location this is the place to stay at. I will totally return here.

Sheer ease!!!
it was so fine at this joint. As I was arriving I felt the sensational vibes this place gives you. The suites were astounding. The people in this hotel were accommodating.
